Shipping & Delivery

PACKING AND DISPATCH TIMEFRAME

We will start packing your order once the order is placed online and payment has been received by Arlou & Rose within 24 hours.

Standard order packing time is 1-4 business days once an order is placed to being dispatched for shipping. It takes time to package your order and we do this with lots of care and attention.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Once your order has been packed and ready to be dispatched, we will organize delivery within 48 hours unless a specific later date has been requested. We aim to deliver as soon as possible once an order is placed.

If you have a special date/time the order needs to be delivered on do let us know and we will do our best to get it delivered by then.

If you require delivery on the next business day, a $20 surcharge will apply.

We only make deliveries on Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm) and Saturday (9am - 1pm).

We do not make deliveries on Sunday or Public Holidays.

If you need a delivery to be made outside of our delivery hours, please email us at arlouandrose@gmail.com with the details and reason why and we will do our best to deliver it for you at that time if possible.

SHIPPING METHOD

Your order is delivered through messenger services available in Singapore or personally (if nearby). We currently deliver orders Singapore wide.

With regard to deliveries, we will contact the recipient before making the delivery to ensure someone is there to receive the order. Rest assured it is just a delivery note and will not disclose what is being sent or who is sending it.

If the recipient cannot be contacted, we will contact the sender to reschedule delivery. We reserve the right to cancel your order should the receipient not be contactable.
