We protect your payment card details with encryption and hashing methods. 

Do not include your full card details when you communicate with us via email, SMS, or chat messages. If we have to make a reference to your payment card number, we will only refer to the last four  digits in any form of written communications.

We will also send you an email after your order is complete to request a review of our services. This will help us improve our services and at the same time help other customers with their orders.

We will respond to your complaint in a reasonable time (usually within 30 days). 

12. Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Arlou & Rose does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
